DMCA and Copyright
If you own the copyright in something on this site and believe it is used without permission, write to us with the details below and we will look at it promptly.
What this site contains
The rules text, word lists, trivia questions, card designs and page copy were written for this site. Visitors do not upload public content: the only things people submit are Secret Santa group answers and messages to us, and group answers are visible only to whoever holds the group link.
How to send a notice
Email email support@whiteelephantgame.site with:
- Your name, address, phone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The exact URL of the material on this site, and enough detail for us to find it.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We remove or disable access to the material while we check the notice, and reply to you within a few business days. If we remove something, we tell the person who posted it where we can, and they may send a counter-notice with the same kind of detail. We may restore material if a valid counter-notice is received and no court action is reported.
Repeat infringers
Accounts are not offered on this site. Where a visitor repeatedly posts infringing material, we block that use of the group forms.
