Secret Santa questionnaire
For the organizer
- Choose a question set and edit it to fit your group.
- Press “Create the group form”. You get two links: an invite link for the group and a private organizer link for you.
- Send the invite link in your group chat or email. Each person adds a name and answers.
- Open your organizer link any time to see how many people have answered.
What the group sees
People who open the invite link see your questions and a name box, nothing else. Answering is always free and needs no account. They are told that the organizer can read what they write.
The answers table and CSV
The count of answers is free. Reading every answer in one table, and exporting it as a CSV file you can open in a spreadsheet, is part of the paid plans. The paid plans are a one-time purchase and are not open yet, so the table button shows the plan details for now.
What is stored, and for how long
The form (its questions and an optional group name) and the answers people submit are stored on this site’s database under random identifiers. The organizer key is stored only as a hash. No emails are collected here. Everything for a group is deleted 60 days after you create it, and each form takes at most 200 answers. Network addresses are used only as a hashed counter to limit abuse.
Just need it for yourself?
The Secret Santa questionnaire works on one device with no server at all: fill it in, print it, or share a read-only link. This form does not draw names; it collects the answers people give.
